Carving the Greenman

Students will create a replica of Michelangelo’s Florentine Greenman. This classic face has been seen throughout history in many forms. The leaves create or adorn the face. A fascinating project. Cutout blanks will be provided. Students can bring their own carving tools or buy available tools. Advance notice is required if tools are required. A basic kit will be available or recommended.
