Saratoga Concho Tote

This version of Beverly’s Saratoga Tote series is her favorite. It’s large and fits comfortably under your arm. The base is Beverly’s variation of a Shaker Solid Bottom base. The body is a simple over under, row on row weave. The fun is in the finishing. The bridle leather diamond design is on both sides. The stitched-on leather rim makes it flexible and the concho makes a beautiful closure. This is a beginner level basket, especially for students with a bit of experience. This basket also requires some basic hem stitching to finish the hem. Approximate dimensions: 12″ x 4″ at base and 12″ tall.
