Description
Barn quilts are all the rage these days! There are barn quilt trails all over the country. They are a way to commemorate a special time in one's family or just a fun design to hang on your barn, garage, or shed. Some people even hang them on their covered porches. In this one-and-a-half-day class you will hear a bit of history of barn quilts then take time to choose a pattern to plot out your own 2' x 2' board that has been prepared for you. You will learn the importance of graphing the design to transfer it to your board. Then get ready for the fun part of painting it. There are so many patterns to choose from, and there is no quilting experience necessary.
