Mariner’s Compass

Adirondack Folk School 51 Main St., Lake Luzerne, NY, United States

This is a challenging and classic quilt block. The Acuquilt system cuts and organizes the pieces for you. The step by step process, while challenging, creates a block to be proud of. One complete compass creates a 12? x 12? block. Ideas for projects to incorporate the block will be shared. The blocks created in the block party classes will be cut using the Acuquilt cutting system. This system improves accuracy in cutting and reduces the stress on your hands often felt while cutting large amounts of small units of fabric for the quilt blocks.
