In this class you will create a pillow cover that has a pocket to hold a favorite book to enjoy while resting comfortably on this pillow. A simple patchwork pattern will be enhanced with a simple machine applique of your choice, cut with the Acuquilt system. The themes to select include: Sea Life, Owl, Dog, Cat, Dinosaur, Heart, Flowers, or a Western Medley. The blocks created in the block party classes will be cut using the Acuquilt cutting system. This system improves accuracy in cutting and reduces the stress on your hands often felt while cutting large amounts of small units of fabric for the quilt blocks.
