Wooden Cross-Country Skis- November 2026
Price range: $420.00 through $495.00Learn to build old-time traditional cross-country skis and preserve a piece of North Country history. You will cut, plane and bend using a variety of woodworking techniques to complete a set of wood skis. Imagine the fulfillment of skiing the beautiful Adirondack trails and woods on hand-made skis. Woodturned Lidded Boxes- September 2026
Price range: $130.00 through $155.00In this class, students will learn to turn a cylindrical box and then turn a lid for the box, all from the same piece of wood. Students will learn tricks to making a good lid and will leave the class with a nice box for all sorts of collections!

Woven Hanging Hearts- December 2026
Price range: $95.00 through $110.00Spend the morning crafting these lovely hanging hearts, sure to brighten your holiday decor or perfect for gift giving. The hearts are woven from hardwood maple splint and are hung from hand-dyed silk ribbons in various colors. Students will weave two large and two smaller hearts. Additional kits will be available for sale.

Woven Towels- July 2026
Price range: $160.00 through $185.00This is another class that lets you reuse and save! In this class you will create several cloth towels, the size of a paper towel. They can be snapped together and placed on a roll to be ready when you need one. Wash and dry and replace on the roll. Pair this class with Janet?s Cloth Napkins class on August 12 and have a coordinating look in your kitchen!

Wrapped-Eye Tomahawk- September 2026
Price range: $320.00 through $360.00Make a classis early American tool used to chop wood, break game, and as a weapon of war. We'll create a tomahawk by wrapping the blade around a drift, and forge welding it together, with a welded carbon steel bit. We'll finish the 'hawk by fitting it to a standard commercial handle. Some blacksmithing experience is needed to successfully complete this project.
